Joy Bolluyt is the founder of Manageta. With over 22 years experience in leadership, strategic planning, change management, program management, contracting, and operations management, a graduate from the Florida Institute of Technology with a Masters of Science in Business, and a Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen and Online Business Management, Joy can help you sort out an actionable plan to help you achieve the change, business growth and/or work-life balance you desire. Combining the 20+ years of corporate experience in leadership, process improvement, and change management, with her own entrepreneurial pursuits, Joy seeks to explore how small business can achieve BIG business impact by leveraging lean, agile team techniques and technology.
As the President and Lead Consultant at Manageta, Joy leads her team and continuously builds relationships with specialists in Change, Innovation, Leadership, Management and Technology. Joy often works one-on-one with inspired small business owners, entrepreneurs, independent consultants, franchise developers, government and nonprofit organizationss to create innovative strategies, highly effective team processes, technology leveraged systems, and overall increased productivity and growth. Joy has worked extensively on community wide transformation efforts involving innovation creation & implementation, process improvement and design, stakeholder communications, large and small group facilitation, strategic planning, and working group facilitation. She routinely facilitates Committees and develops meeting designs and governance processes to facilitate a “structured” approach–making sense of the chaos. She is a self-taught Blog enthusiast, social media marketing practitioner and approaches all from a marketing mindset.
